The "Personal EU" idea aims at a practice where many Union-wide personal teams complement the achievements of the Union's political, public and private actors with their participation, feedback, and initiatives.
This PPPP (Politic-Public-Private-Person) interaction is part of the basis of personal EU thinking, as each individual, regardless of position, has different roles.
PPPP thinking is also about moving from boxes to circles, from hierarchies to teams - for the simple reason that in a democracy everyone has each of these roles as an individual cocktail.
PPPP diversity and open-mindedness is therefore the language of cooperation in common challenges.
PPPP and Personal EU are such central guidelines that the responsibility for their synchronization and development must belong to the leaders of the EU's citizen-centered and Digital Decennium processes. This 25-year alignment and basic work will naturally with agreement and permission be transferred to the Union's ownership and development.
The "Early Birds" Personal EU discussion groups representing all PPPP parties will continue to be valuable forums and sounding boards for those who know the subject.
