Understander

When you have you personal union on Your screen it's actual to say something so that everyone can understand it: for example "Hello, who are you - how are you?" Because there are tens of  different languages in the union, more than 200 million people (of almost 500 million) do not have any common language that they are able to use. Between some big languages there already are good online translation and interpretation programs - but not many between smaller languages which are the majority. By investing enough the next coming years the European union could offer a continuous anylanguage-to-anylanguage system for anyone in the union. The biggest reason to develop such a system, however, is to ensure the existence of our language richness - and the unique culture resources behind them. Our present language situation means, that less and less actual information will be translated into the smaller languages - and that means exclusion and death of languages. 

The opposite way is what we need: let's be proud of our language richness and let's use it as our strength in innovation through interactivity! Because creating the UNDERSTANDER takes time it is essential to make the big political decisions now - to ensure our new better competitivity as soon as possible.

The Understander. What could it do for you:

Show/speak anylanguage in your language allowing challenging cooperation between individuals from different EU countries with unique cultural resources. The online translation should be an essential part of our interactivity. Promising net translators already exist, but there is still a lot to fix (as this text written by a Finn proves). Let's cooperate to understand things better!

3viator

Access to your Personal EU team should from the first beginning be available using different ways, at least dotcom and mobile phone. Digi-TV can soon be used as a computer and that means a new channel. Those 3 media are integrating so totally that after some years you can't even remember how it was when they were separated. The system allowing those 3 interactive Personal EU ways could be called a 3VIATOR.

What could the 3viator do for you:
Allow open tv/dotcom/mobile compatible interactive EU27 citizen online teams.

Comparer

When you speak about your familiar local subjects, the listeners would rather hear about their local things. Not because they do not care, but because they can not follow what you really mean. The Personal EU system should soon content a component which picks similar facts from each country and shows them at once, rather illustrated. Let's call that tool a COMPARER. It makes multicultural discussions easier and more interesting for all participants and helps the teams come to good practical ideas. 

What could the Comparer do for you:

Find comparing technical, economical and social information from each EU country and place the results as visu/audio chrystallizations for comparison on the map. 

By comparing we understand each other much easier.

Voter

Voting is a good way to come to democratic solutions. The Personal EU teams would benefit from an illustrated VOTER showing the plus and minus volumes of the team's opinions. The results could (if the team allows) be saved into a common European opinion bank for later research and daily use.

What could the Voter do for you:

Let your team vote anytime anysubject and show the result as visual and numeral graphs.

Allow with your permission saving the results into an union-wide opinion bank.

Projecter

Because the team members have much in common, they are in a growing scale specialists in those common things. It's easy to imagine them as a commercial organiczation with own products and services. Succeeding in businesses would be much easier with help of system intelligence, a PROJECTER, recommending suitable response areas for each team member. 

What could the Projecter do for you:

Collect personal characteristics of the team members into one chart and draw them as a organisation suggestion to the team. 

Projects are not just chats about hobbies and regular online meetings. These teams are unique opportunities to really do something essential together - maybe a common small union-wide business.

Elevator

Union-wide good ideas are not just for the Personal EU teams themselves. Traditional companies and other organizations will be interested in getting such teams with such ideas. The ELEVATOR is a tool that easily takes team initiatives and good ideas f.ex. to the commissions floor - or vice versa.

What could the Elevator do for you:

Direct asking and answering connection to/from the commission's, parliament's, member nations' and president's floors.

Seller/Buyer

A continuous EU10, EU22 or EU27 team is a fantastic experience for anyone - even for union-level professionals. Sooner or later the teams find the opportunities of the similarity. They start to buy together. They realize that they can do unique things together and sell them using their union-wide network. To help those things succeed between a class-size team, they need a helping tool to share profits and costs and take care of common and personal debits and credits. The team needs a SELLER/BUYER.

What could the Seller/Buyer do for you:
Ensure safe and easy cost sharing in job finding, offering, bidding, buying, selling and accounting inside and between Personal EU teams - and with their external public and private cooperators.

Academy

All Personal EU team knowledge should from the first beginning be collected to a global PERSONAL EU ACADEMY. A  good challenging virtual/physical academy and academy network is needed to ensure the future of the union-wide Personal EU era.

What could the Personal EU Academy do for you:

University level development center for reaching EU's goal "World's most advanced innovation society".
